MECHANISED AUTOCLAVED FLYASH SAND LIME BRICKS
Made of siliceous sand, flyash and lime, Mechanised Autoclaved Sand Lime Flyash bricks meet with high quality requirements to generate a high load bearing strength, long durability of masonry and can cut overall cost of construction to extent of 20%.
SPIL Bricks offer following advantages:- |
Compressive strength ranging between 100 to 120 Kg. per cm2 and therefore possess an impressive strength to weight ratio and high load bearing capacity. While constructing with SPIL bricks, R.C.C. columns can be avoided for construction upto four stories. Similarly for the same load wall of lesser thickness can be constructed, thus increasing available carpet area. Good quality with even edges and controlled dimensions offerings a smooth finish which make them suitable for internal and external uses. Plastering over brick surface therefore may also be avoided. |
Can be used as facia material both for a smooth finish and rough finish thereby saving the cost of facia stones. |
Available in regular as well as in modular size. In case of huge quantity, can be manufactured in different sizes also. |
Reduce the wastage quantum during handling to around 2% to 3% only. |
Most appropriate resistance to atmospheric conditions, optimum building properties in relation to heat storage and insulation, absorption of water and protection from fire. Recommended for green building concept. |
Construction with SPIL Bricks is not only sturdy but would also reduce construction time apart from enhancing aesthetic beauty. |
Sand Plast (India) Limited has achieved a major breakthrough in the country perhaps for the first time giving unparalleled finish using flyash upto 80% and perhaps this has been achieved by Sand Plast(India) Limited for the first time in the world for mass production. |
